Final farewels and a visit to a ducha.

Our friend Sergey meets us at the airport and takes us out to his inlaws ducha (country or summer cottage). We have been invited for a summer garden feast Russian style. Firstly we visit his friends ducha which is quite a fancy one compared to most humble and shacks.

He keeps several goats for meat.

Also almost 200 hens and roosters of different sorts and breeds that he treats like his children!

Also an interesting assortment of things in the vegetable garden.

And a pleasant little summer gazebo where we were treated with various russian delights.

Wild camomile in the fields.

Finally we get to have our Russian summer garden picnic with Sergey's inlaws at their ducha among the fruit trees and the vege plots!
